Tinted/tanning moisturiser?

I have really pale olive skin and would love to feel a bit more polished. I don't want to self tan because I wouldn't do it properly and I don't want a spray tan because I can't bear the thought of taking my clothes off. Sunbed not an option.

Is there such thing as a cross between a moisturiser that I can just slap on and a tanning...umm.. thing?

I don't mean to use on my face, if that makes a difference, I mean for the rest of me

I use an after sun with a small amount of self tan in by Clarins. Find it really subtle, I don't look brown as such, but healthier!

So you mix them together? I think that's what I'm after - healthier as opposed to tanned.

Sorry wasn't clear it's an all in one product called after sun moisturizer with self tanning. I've used it for years to take the edge off my winter white self! It's very subtle....
