Suggest me a haircut???

i've got shoulder length curly dark blonde hair. It's not corkscrew clurly.. it's open curls... i am not interested in trying to straighten it as i'd have to run scared of rain (and i cycle to work, in scotland).

i have a pretty casual look most of the time.. wear very little make up (mascara and lip gloss) and no suits or evening wear (jeans, cords or day dresses).

i curently scrunch it to encourage the curl but i am thinking of having a sweepy fringe cut and letting it grow longer wearing the top of it less curly, forming into big curls further down from sort of jaw downwards.. doe that make sense?

any suggestions? i'd need a picture of the fringe i'm thinking of to show the hairdresser... any help appreciated Smile

should add - i obviously don't want a 'poodle cut' so have always avoided fringes, but feeling a bit braver now.
