Has anybody used these ? I am thinking of buying these as opposed to the ordinary ones. Has anybody used and got an opinion on them please?

Good, but OUCH! They made my bottom teeth so sensitive I couldn't use them any more.

Not my teeth, they were still fit for purpose, BTW! Smile

do you mean the Crest ones?

i use them, highly recommend. as missberta says they do make your teeth feel sensitive but in my case that only lasts a few hours then they are fine

NannyPlumIsMyMum · 25/02/2012 11:59

*missberta I thought you meant you couldn't use your teeth Grin !

So do you think I should go for the express ones or the daily ones ?

i use the ones you wear for 2 hours

haven't tried the dailies

I tried the ones you wear for 30mins and you do a 14 day course of them...they were awkward to wear (but then all whitening things are ime) and made my teeth very sensitive...I did them for about a week and achieved the right colour and I've never had to use them since - I just maintain with toothpaste. If I was going to use them again I would put sensiblock on first I think...

OK as a quick fix if you are desperate but they are damaging to your teeth so use with caution.

I used the regulat Crest White Strips before my wedding 5 years ago - keep meaning to do them again. I used them twice daily for a couple of weeks & they did make a difference. That & cutting right down on tea made my teeth v white. I found that the first few times I used them was horrid as I was drooling. My mouth got used to them soon & the drooling fortunately stopped. I used them on my commute to work - fortunately it was in my car as it might have been a bit scary for other early morning commuters!
