I can feel a footwear crisis looming & I'm prepared to throw money at the 'problem'

Actually it's a total wardrobe crisis but let's start from the bottom and work up :)

All winter I've been wearing knee high flat boots in black or tan. I mostly wear these with shirt dresses (am breastfeeding) and leggings or skirts and tops with black tights.

Yesterday's warm weather made me wonder what on earth I will replace the boots with when it gets a bit more springlike. What do you all wear? With dresses especially.

Can anyone send me some lovely links please to shoes and boots to see me through to summer? Ideally flat, comfortable for walking in but really rather gorgeous too.

I promise to report back on any particularly successful purchases :)

Your poor wee empty thread needs a response. Unfortunately I'm a bit useless. Got come lovely tan laced shoe boots from Dune. Good heel but great support and I can manage a 2.11 and 9mo in them all day.

I was thinking this today too.

I normally go for the converse or loafer option until its warm enough for flip flops. But I saw some lovely liberty print nike trainer boot things today. But am scared that at 36 I am too old for such clearly teenage shoes. these lovely things

I bought these and they arrived the other day. I'm really pleased with them.
