spring jacket

I'm looking for a nice jacket for spring ,nothing too long as i'm quite short also i'm not great at looking round all the shops as i get fed up /hot bothered!
Has any body seen any nice ones and where are they ? I'm not sure what kind i should wear as after 3 kids i no longer have a waist if any ones good at this kind of thing could help i would be grateful .

Have you thought about a trench coat?

I own 2. A lemon coloured one I bought from New look in 2010 and a Khaki coloured one I bought this year.

If you don't like bright colours you could always go for the conventional Beige one.

Lots of places sell them.

They do have belts if you want to define your waist.
