Greasy fringe

I have waist-length hair that I can only be bothered to wash once or maybe twice a week. But my fringe starts to look stringy and greasy a day or two after it's been washed so I've been walking around looking like a wet dog 4 days in the week. What can I do, other than washing it all more frequently?

Dry shampoo will be your saviour. I could have taken out shares in batiste when I had a fringe!

Fringe wash! When I don't have time can't be arsed it doesn't take very long to wash it over the sink.

I also use Batiste - its fab for between washes

I have exactly the same problem! A trick I learned is to wash just your fringe under the basin tap and dry it off/blow dry it, much quicker and easier than washing all your hair, and keeps you looking fresh!

Or you could use a dry shampoo spray like Batiste, it works wonders at freshening up greasy and lifeless hair.
