Teeth whitening

My teeth seem to have lost their whiteness and I would really like to do something about it. I was thinking of getting one of these teeth whitening kits off the shelf. Has anyone tried them? Or is there anything else that might do the job without breaking the bank?

I got one from ebay after seeing the results that a friend got. I just searched carbamide peroxide, forgotten the strength but the sellers tell you which ones to get. My teeth are very white now and people comment on them often.

The beverly hills whitening tooth paste definitely works. DH used it, he has some crowns, his own teeth became so much whiter than the crowns that he had to stop using it.

It is about £5 a tube.

Thanks for the tips. I have some fillings ("white") that matched the colour of my teeth when they were done. Do you think that I may have to replace the fillings if I whiten my teeth?
