Lidl "Suddenly" perfume

After seeing it recommended on here I thought I'd give it a go as I was in Lidl this afternoon.

It's bloody lovely!

It's great isn't it?
I wear it to work and always get comments.
I never try to pass it off as Chanel like my friend does!

I'm wearing it right now (had been using it as air freshener ) It warms up nicely and smells OK after a few mins.

I tried a spray of this yesterday in Lidl and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I'm going to pick up a bottle the next time I'm in.

I bought his week after reading about it,
Also really like it.

I hope my lidl has some!

my coco mademoiselle is nearly all gone and I was wondering how I could justify buying a replacement... this stuff sounds brilliant!

My mum told me she was at Lidl earlier - I should have asked her to get one as I am really curious'!

I did a side by side comparison of the two a few nights ago.
Coco Mademoiselle is harsher and more metallic in the beginning, but has a lovely and lasting basenote,, 12+ hours of wearing time for me.

Lidl Madame Whatever is softer and mellower, and is completely gone sooner, in a few hours. On me, it's slightly more powdery - if you are a Chloé girl (I'm not) you really might love it.

Do you know that Lidl's Chalon is a Trésor knockoff?

Ooh, Dona Ana thanks for the description. I love Chloe and a slightly powdery-er (powderier? doesn't look right however I spell this...) and more Chloe-like version of Chanel Coco Mlle does sound very appealing! Keen to get my hands on this and and try.

My Lidl only has the one type of perfume

I like it but my husband thinks it's awful!

Do they do any others? If so what are they a knock-off of IYO?

I went into my local Lidl,it's quite small,not expecting to see any. There were no testers but I wouldn't have expected any in this store. So,thanks to MN I've just bought some,it's lovely. I don't know what Chloe is like but this make a refreshing change to my heavier winter/evening perfumes. Can't tell about the lasting qualities yet....

OOOhh exciting news about the new Lidl perfume as I looove Tresor, will have a look this weekend.

Didn't see the Chalon perfume in the little store.

Hmph! Forgot about new perfume and went to Aldi instead today!!

It gave me a vivid flashback to one hot summer in the early 80s and the fly spray my mum squirted at anything that moved. I think that spray is now banned under EU toxic emission laws.

But it could just be my skin chemistry.
