That's how long I had to get myself ready this morning. In that time I...
...had a shower
...washed and conditioned my hair
...exfoliated
...shaved legs and pits
...plucked stray eyebrow hairs
...moisturised body
...moisturised face
...brushed teeth
...made-up (foundation, powder, blusher, mascara, perfume)
...chose clothes and accessories and got dressed.
Admittedly I had towel-dry hair when I left the house but I don't think 13 mins is too bad from zero to out the door 
I reckon if I work at it I could get under 10 mins...
