Cobalt blue wool dress-help please

I saw a woman wearing a beautiful cobalt blue dress with tight sleeves and a very relaxed fit body - looked like a Cos style. She was pg but didn't look like a maternity dress. It looked wool / wool mix or perhaps even cashmere. She had gone before I could ask where it was from. Can anyone help?

What was the neckline like?

Crew neck.

I think I saw something fitting that description in the Phase Eight sale a few days ago. Can't promise though!

sodapops, I have it! It sounds like the one as it has an empire style cut and would do well for a maternity dress.

dress&pageSize=200 this is the dress but wrong colour

Nice dress but not the one. It has a higher neck and is much more square in shape.
