Dickens and Jones dress sizing query

Just looking at a couple of D and J frocks and wondering what the sizing is like. I'm usually a 14 on top and between a 14-16 on the bottom. Can anyone advise please?

I would guess 14. I have a skirt from them (and tried on a few others) and a 12 was fine. I am usually 12 in skirts (but sometimes 14) and a 14 in trousers (I do not want to analyse the reason!). Not tried on a top so can't help you there but from the bottoms I tried on they were true to/ slightly big for size. By no means an expert though!
