Please date this Modalu bag! plus expert bag advice please

I have seen this bag on sale at a local boutique type place for a bargain price and it is a lovely colour, so soft and the lining is so pretty. I was very tempted but think it is a bit out of date looking, am I wrong? could I still get away with this style? The only link to one I could find on the web was this ebay one.

I am certain it is past season hence the sale price, but just not sure how many seasons past season ifykwim. Any Modalu fans/bag experts able to advise when this was from? Anyone able to advise if this would be a good purchase?

FWIW I don't think it is dated at all, timeless I would say.

I think it's about 1-2 years old. I bought a Modalu about a year ago and seem to remember it being around then or a bit before.
