I need a shock aborbing bra for zumba and 30 day shred - can you recommend one?

There are some on the figleaves site but I don't know which one is best.

If you have a dcup+ then these are fab,I ordered one, posted on here and now several other mns have them too.I run with this bra as well a shred in it.NO bouncage at all :o

Haziedoll · 18/02/2012 22:40

I ordered the shock absorber bra from
NEXT, it just says shock absorber on it,

I'm sure it's very good but it's so small around the back that I can't do it up without help. I'm normally a 30E but ordered a 32E, the cup size is fine but it won't go anywhere near me, I reckon a 34 or even a 36 would have been a better fit. I was very disappointed with the fit because I haven't had this problem with any other bras.

QuietOhSoQuiet · 18/02/2012 22:46

Hazle they are very tight fitting but they need to be to keep the bouncage to a minimum.

Do you really need help to do up if you clasp it from the front and swivel round ?

BettyBathroom · 18/02/2012 22:48

I'd recommend Enell for zero bounce! Mind you they aren't the prettiest bra!

Haziedoll · 18/02/2012 22:51

Yeah it is just too small, I couldn't get it done up from the front either. Dh managed to do it up and I did the shred in it it was great, no movement at all but I haven't worn it since as the clasps were starting to buckle as it was pulling too much. I have kept it as I am losing weight and hope to wear it when I start running.

QuietOhSoQuiet do you mind me asking what Bra size you are - was looking at this on ebay but can't make up my mind if it will be strong enough for my norks - I am 38 DD/E I THINK at the moment I am wearing and avon over your head high impact sports bra, vest top with built in bra shelf and a bra Blush sorry for hijacking Blush

QuietOhSoQuiet · 18/02/2012 22:57

omy I am 34D and this keeps my norks under total control, even when running and I am training for a marathon in it :o

SixtyFootDoll · 18/02/2012 23:01

santie I have no compliants about mine, yes they fit tight but they need to to stop the droopy boob syndrome but they work :o

SantieMaggie · 18/02/2012 23:40

as long as i can do jumping jacks etc without it hurting i don't care if its a tight fit - its only for 20 mins at a time! :o

shock absorber sizing is weird.

I recommend the debenhams gorgeous sports bra, or the freya one
