Best Socks?

I need to invest in some new socks shortly (dull I know!).

What do you lovely lot recommend?

Falke...I bought three pairs this week (one cosy wool with cashmere and two pairs of London) and I was as thrilled as you can possibly get with a sock purchase.

If you want socks of tights-thickness, then I also like Transparenze (available from mytights).

I do have a pair of Falke running socks and they are superb but pretty expensive. Will have another look at them.

Have also had GAP socks in the past which were very good. Was forgetting about GAP...

I get pringle cashmere socks from tkmaxx...usually about £8 for 3 pairs. They have all sorts of luxe brands ...I always find falke and wolford tights in there too...
