Does anyone perm their own eyelashes?

Rapid lash is amazing. I now have a bambi flutter. BUT my lashes point downwards. I have tried loads of different curlers but can't get the curls to stay. I had a perm a few weeks ago and it looks great but dropped after three weeks.

So, I w thinking about seeing if could DIY it. Does anyone out there perm themselves? Any tips?

Not much help, I get mine done, and I wouldn't try it myself to be honest.

Sorry - bit of a pointless post!

How do you get small enough rollers? Grin

Snap! I have also been using Rapidlash, and my eyelashes have definitely grown. I bought all the stuff to perm them (I am a hairdresser) but couldn't get my eyelashes to stick to the rollers. I had my eyelashes permed this week and I am pleased with the results (she used some eyelash fixer glue? to get them to stick) and she said it would last at least 8 weeks. If I were you I would go back and complain.

I found the eyelash perming to be a very relaxing process, lots of laying down with a warm towel over my head/eyes (probably helped that I was tired and can doze off easily) and now don't think I could be bothered doing it myself. It would take such a long time to do it, one side first and then the other. But I have the stuff if you're interested! There are tutorials on U tube.

I would be so tempted to try it myself but I think I would just chicken out...I have flash backs to when my friends mother put nail glue into her eye instead of eye drops (the bottles are very similar dont you think?) and she had to wear an eye patch for weeks to hide the hideous purple and red eye. Don't think I could do it...Grin
