How can I prevent them/cure them on underarms and bikini line?

exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate - every single day.

The only thing that helps mine is bio oil and exfoliating. Exfoliating doesn't seem to help. Other creams just bring me out in spots.

But my body hair is very thick and resilient, even 20yrs of leg waxing hasn't beaten it.

If they are getting really nasty and infected you might want to consider lazer. It was the only thing that worked for me.
