My dd is desperate for a pair of Uggs and is currently 'watching' a couple of items on ebay. We're unsure about sizing - both are 'used' but in very good condition. She's a size 6 shoe but wondered whether it would be wise to bid on size 7, too. The auctions finish soon and she's in a complete flap about which to bid for!! If you've any Ugg experience, please help asap!! TIA.

Nooooo - never go bigger in uggs!!

If they are the soft suede ones, she might need to go a size down.
However, if they are leather ones then a size up is probably best. Good luck Smile

right - just wanted to get in a quick response - here's the why...

Uggs are sheepskin throughout and designed with american sizing in mind so - if your daughter is an average size 6 then the label inside the uggs will say 80w. If you are a half size in uggs then always go down to the lower size -eg a 5 1/2 would wear a size 5. When buying uggs they should feel snug but not uncomfortable - they pad down alot with wear.

Don't worry too much if she buys the 6 and they feel slightly big still - just buy a pair of sheepskin insoles and pop them in. If they feel too floppy, re-ebay and use the money to buy a 5. But on no account should she bid on the 7. Wink
