Lucia or Mariella - which one?

Says it all really.

I'd really like a new handbag and I'm thinking of either Peony & Moore Lucia or Mariella in navy.

Anyone have any ideas which one is better? I need something which is lightweight before I put anything in it.

I prefer the Lucia, but it will be heavy. I find all handbags irritatingly heavy. Apart from Cath Kidston oilcloth. Which is hardly chic.

I thought i was in the wrong thread and had stumbled into Baby Names thread by mistake!

I've got the Lucia, tis lovely and actually very lightweight. Has great pockets on front for phone etc, but it doesn't have across body strap which mariella does....

Lucia looks smarter imo, but if you don't need smart go Mariella. 'loveu' gives 15% off today, posted it on other thread re clutch bags..

Both lovely, and quality beautiful on mine.

I have the Lucia and love it! - very versatile bag for everyday - and it is NOT heavy when empty really. Got pockets on the front as madame says and I find these really usefull for my keys and phone - which I am always wanting within easy reach.!
I had the mail this weekend about the 15% off too - - but can't justify another bag - - - - yet!

Also have Lucia agree it's excellent and not at all heavy. A bit smarter/ more formal I'd say than Mariella which is more casual. Trouble is I now have a fancy for the snake Mariella but trying to restrain myself tonight in hope there'll be more offers in future!!
Do also like the look of the new P and M Georgia and Gilly !
Georgia and Mariella do both have outside zip pockets for travel card which must admit I do miss a bit with Lucia.

I am lusting after the LK Bennett Anna/Annina bags but can't justify the price yet. I personally prefer them to the P&M ones.

Hope you like it. Think the weight should be OK, as I hate heavy bags but had no problem with that.
