Party dress help

Need help finding a dress for a night out in Bournemouth for my sister's 21st.

I'm 22 and 5' 2", size 6/8 and very small of nork. Don't like strapless dresses. Not fussy about colour, but like quite vibrant jewelly colours.

Budget probably up to about £80 if I could wear it again.

Really like the shape of the orange DP and the colour of the Asos bodycon one.

I've got quite wide hips but very narrow shoulders so need to try and balance them out I guess.
