It cost £4 and smells very very expensive and is long lasting.

I love it! A friend said it was mentioned in Grazia magazine as being likened to a Dior perfume. Not sure which one.

Yes I wear it as my everyday perfume. I think it came out on top ahead of a Dior perfume in a blind smell test. I have a terrible feeling i read it in my grans daily mail Blush

moonblushtomato · 13/02/2012 23:03

Yes I wear mine in the day too.

I've just googled it and it topped Chanel's Coco Madmoiselle in some sort of smell test!

Think I might a couple more bottles next time I'm in!

yes ..love it!!

learningtofly · 13/02/2012 23:12

It is very good. I get more compliments when wearing it than I do with any other perfume

StellaAndFries · 13/02/2012 23:14

I got it last weekend when it was £1.99 a bottle! It's lovely :)

EllenParsons · 15/02/2012 19:20

Interesting. What type of perfume is it and what does it actually smell of?

Lily22 · 15/02/2012 19:24

Gosh, I really must buy some, sounds fab!

moonblushtomato · 15/02/2012 19:49

To me its a very expensive smelling perfume that lasts and lasts for not very many pennies!

I suppose the scent is quite heavy/heady though not enough to be called a night time perfume.

Sorry for crap description! Its very hard to describe a smell!

I've had lots of comments on it, its quite distinctive and cos of price I use it most liberally!

I meant what fragrance family is it, e.g. floral, oriental, woody... ? I might have to just smell some. I'm curious. Do they have testers that you can try?

lipglossandlashes · 15/02/2012 20:30

It's supposed to smell like Chanel Coco Madamoiselle (sp sorry) it is very like it but doesn't last very long, for £1.99 who cares!!Smile

ggirl · 15/02/2012 20:53

they had a tester in the lidls I bought mine

OlympicEater · 15/02/2012 20:55

moon you do realise that you are going to be single handedly responsible for MNers flocking to stores to buy it, don't you? Grin

Sparklingbrook · 15/02/2012 20:57

Mine is called 'Suddenly Madame Glamour' is everyone elses?

SuePurblybilt · 15/02/2012 20:59

Is there more than one Suddenly then? Grin I'm such a sucker, I'll have to go and squirt tomorrow when I'm Lidling.

Any thoughts on the male version 'Eruption'?

moonblushtomato · 15/02/2012 22:07

Mine is called "Suddenly Madame Glamour" too - crap name, superb whiff!!

Yes, think I might invoice Lidl HQ tomorrowGrin

I do have a soft spot for Lidl/Aldi though as have recently started doing my weekly shop there, so to find such a gem as this perfume as well as saving loads of money is really rather divine!

lidl rocks

unna · 16/02/2012 11:05

especially when you mix the smell of cheap but expensive perfume with German black forest ham and cheap version of parmesan cheese and pay for all your shopping less than 20 pounds.

Pinot · 16/02/2012 15:36

I read that article and I bought it, but I don't like it. It's now in the d/s loo as an air freshener.

I am very envious of you all that like it.

anniewoo · 16/02/2012 16:15

Bought it 2 years ago' Suddenly Glory' liked it then. Don't now. Perhaps it has gone off

SuePurblybilt · 16/02/2012 18:53

I sprayed it (tester) on my wrist this avo and it's still going strong. It's OK, a little sweeter/powderier than I'd usually wear.

Suddenly Madame Glamour sounds like Babelfish have translated a slimming world advert Grin
