What does Morrocan Oil do for you?

I've seen it mentioned many times on S&B - but what does it do exactly? I have thick and fuzzy hair and am looking for a miracle something to tame this frizz. How do you use it? Will I ever be able to wear my hair au natural? Desperately seeking glamorous and easy maintenance hair

ps - I don't rate their shampoo or conditioner though - have tried them and kerastase is miles better

What will it do for me? My hair is thick and slight wave but shiny and in good condition about teh only part of me still in good shape
