Edith bowmans dress is the worst dress I've seen on a red carpet anywhere, ever. What was she thinking?

Love Viola Davis' dress - looked even better on telly.

Quite dissapointing I thought. So many really poor choices. And not just with dresses - so much lank, ungroomed hair too. I don't know how they get it so wrong with stylists, hair and makeup people etc.

Agree about Downton ladies - Joanne looked the best of the three I though, I love her half up half down 'do. Elizabeth McGovern needs to sort her posture out for a strapless dress.

Michelle Williams looked stunning though, but she always does. Agree about Gary Oldman's wife - knockout. Livia Firth looks lovely and so does Holliday Grainger. But otherwise, really bad. Emilia Fox needs to go back to blonde, that red is not flattering.

Douglas Booth on the other hand....phew

It may be H+M but it was still bespoke/custom made for her. Good publicity for them, she's easily the best dressed there.

I love emilia fox's frock. Michelle Williams looks stunning, and I like Gillian andesons too.
Tilde looks fab as always.

Meryle Streep for me although it looks more of a dress that Helen mirror would wear. The girl in the yellow dress looks like she needs a good bra.

Penelope Cruz dress was very chic.

Loved Meryl's dress, fabulous cleavage. Christina Hendricks always goes way OTT with cleavage IMHO. Hated Penelope Cruz's dress - weird square boxy thing, made boobs look bizarre.

Viola's dress beautiful colour. Michelle Williams gorgeous, especially her bag that looked like a paperback! Jessica Chastain's was stunning too. On the whole, a bit meh. Maybe they're all saving the total knockouts for the Oscars!

Diesn't Elizabeth Mc Govern look amazing for a woman in her 50's.

Christina Hendrick's cleavage always looks extraordinary (and not in a good way). What on earth does she do to it. Not attractive imo, and she is a lovely looking woman.

Michelle Williams' dress is very similar to what Kate Winslet wore to the Golden Globes, but MW looks a lot better.

Gillian Anderson looks well (looks a bit like Sarah Beany) but Laura Bailey looks haggard.

It's a bit meh though. No really outstanding dresses or styles.

Christina Hendricks celebrates her cleavage and has her own style, I think that's refreshing.

If I had a cleavage like Christinas I think I would hold it a champagne reception. You could balance a glass of champagne on those tits.

christina hendricks has a massive pair. Wot is she supposed to do?, flatten them down or wear a dress up to the neck which would just look totally weird. I love the way she wears wigs. A bit like bonham carter who imho clearly wears wigs and hair pieces.
