Gap returns

i spent quite a bit in store last week for my daughter and have now been sent a 30% code so i'm going to re-order it all again and return the items i bought to store. My daughter has already worn a couple of bits so if i return the items i buy online discounted to the store with the receipt for the items i bought in store will they know any different, are the labels/tags the same for items ordered online and instore? My nearest store is about an hour away so don't want to waste my time if the online items have different labels.

Are you able to return online Gap stuff to a store? I was standing next to a woman in a queue there recently and they said they couldn't accept online returns and that she would have to send them back? Not sure if that applies everywhere though but prob worth checking first

you can definitely take online orders back to a store, so long as you have the invoice. I've done it.

Yes you can. The same happened to me over Xmas, I bought my niece a fleece for £22.95 and posted it to her in Staffs. The next week all fleeces were discounted to £12 so I bought one and returned it with the receipt for the original one with no problems.
