Just had an offer sent on it and I love it. I need a new bag this year as my trusted old tula one has given up the ghost..

Which colour though, blue or red? I wear lots of jeans so think the blue, but the red is so lovely...??

red will look good with jeans too. Buy the red

LoonyRationalist · 06/02/2012 12:47

Red is nicest, would have to be a bloody good offer though.

snowballinashoebox · 06/02/2012 12:52

Red. I had the 15% offer slither into my inbox too and have hidden my credit card.

JennyPiccolo · 06/02/2012 12:53

Red is nicer.

strictlyxmas · 06/02/2012 13:23

Oh dear, I had talked myself into blue as it would go with more...? Do you think the red would be as practical?

I do wear alot of brown I suppose?

DuchessEm · 06/02/2012 13:25

I love the red, too!

bunionscomingsoon · 06/02/2012 13:55

ooooohhhhh!- Love them both! - - sits on credit card Envy

ruby22 · 06/02/2012 13:59

The red is much nicer.

HavingAnOffDAy · 06/02/2012 14:00

Red

Onlyaphase · 06/02/2012 14:02

Red. Blue looks a bit old-ladyish to me.

2blessed2bstressed · 06/02/2012 14:03

I think the red is nicer...not that the blue isn't lovely too
Red will go well with jeans but also black if you wear that at all?

WowOoo · 06/02/2012 14:04

I say blue.
It's a nice deep blue. I have such a lovely red bag that i seldom use and always forget about.
I should get it out actually. Red is lovely.
Blue is perhaps a bit more practical and boring. But I would use that more.

WowOoo · 06/02/2012 14:05

I was also going to suggest - buy them both and see what looks the best?

jasminerice · 06/02/2012 14:07

Red is gorgeous

piprabbit · 06/02/2012 14:08

Red is much more versatile. It will go with blues, blacks or brown/beige etc.

strictlyxmas · 06/02/2012 14:24

I do like the blue, but I do agree & think the red is maybe more WOW. Do I want to be WOW everyday though?

OP posts:
piprabbit · 06/02/2012 14:27

It's easier to be wow with a handbag than any other accessory or piece of clothing. So if you are going to have a little bit of wow in your life, this could be how to achieve it.

And it's not scarlet - much more subtle and grown up than that.

clucky80 · 06/02/2012 14:29

I'd say red too and it goes with everything.

polyhymnia · 06/02/2012 14:59

I fancy that bag too - already have a P and M Lucia which I like. I actually prefer the blue but then I m one of the apparently very few people in the world who just don't like red. I do think navy bags are too boring and would never have one but that looks to me a more interesting and subtle blue than navy.

strictlyxmas · 06/02/2012 15:04

Yes, I like the sound of it - a petrol blue not a navy.. Am tempted to order both tbh and see them...

OP posts:
polyhymnia · 06/02/2012 15:05

Then again just checked the red again and must say it too seems subtle. Trying to resist this offer but the one I really fancy most is the snake Mariella!

valiumredhead · 06/02/2012 15:21

RED the other is a tad Queen Mumish imo.

polyhymnia · 06/02/2012 16:11

I'd order both!

winefairy · 06/02/2012 16:23

I actually prefer the blue. Think it looks a lovely shade.

However, I would definitely take advantage of Peony and Moore's free returns and order both. Only way to be sure.

MrsSeanBean · 06/02/2012 16:39

I think I'm in the minority here - but my tendency would be for the blue. Though the red is lovely, is there a danger you I could get tired of having a brighter colour? I'm all for a splash of colour, but I find it's better to add colour with other accessories, unless you have an extensive bag collection and don't mind swapping the contents often! However, blue would look a bit odd with brown. But then if you felt the need to wear brown I guess you could use a different bag. Maybe I am being over-picky!
