Also, does anyone know how their sizing comes up? I'm a 10/12 - is this a medium?

It's lovely - nicer in the dark blue IMO. Perhaps a bit pricey so I'd want the quality to be good. Haven't bought from GP recently but there are loads of girls on here who did in the sale so would be better able to advise.

Here's the link to OP's dress for others having a look

Blue.

dexter73 · 05/02/2012 17:20

Blue for me as well as I prefer it and also you could wear it in the summer and winter with tights.

QueenCadbury · 05/02/2012 19:58

Blue. But that's because white for me would end up covered in baby goo Smile

Spoutlet · 05/02/2012 20:14

Definitely blue; it's a lovely dress. Not sure on their sizing, but 10/12 is a medium in most places, I think.

suebfg · 05/02/2012 20:19

I've ordered both colours in small and medium. I really like the blue but I definitely want a summer dress (in hope of good weather) and the navy might be too office like.

Anyway, I will post feedback when I've tried them on.

I prefer the white.....it looks a bit more "special" IMO.

windsorcastle · 05/02/2012 20:29

White for me.

StayForNoone · 05/02/2012 20:31

White definitely, the blue is rather frumpy in my opinion.

toboldlygo · 05/02/2012 20:33

I've ordered the blue in a small, should arrive tomorrow, will report back.

jan2011 · 05/02/2012 20:55

i like the white if its for somrwhere fancy and u can wear it more in summer its gorgeous

TooEasilyTempted · 05/02/2012 20:57

White looks younger, so white if you're under about 35, blue if you're over.

bucketbetty · 05/02/2012 21:47

I love it but would probably go for blues, it will be a dress for all seasons then. I think blue is a bit more classy but I'm 41. So old!

toboldlygo · 07/02/2012 15:17

I wanted so badly to like this dress as the print and the fabric is lovely (good quality) but it simply does not fit me. I'm a 10 and the small is a good 1" too large all over - combined with the pleat thing on the front it looked shapeless. The neck line is also loads higher than it appears in the picture making the whole thing look very frumpy. It would be better with a more cowl style neck and on someone who is actively trying to cover a mum tum and arms.

JustHecate · 07/02/2012 15:20

I think the white is better. The blue somehow looks more dowdy.

Although if you're anything like me, white is a no-go because you'll be forever spilling stuff down yourself Grin

Correctmeifiamwrong · 07/02/2012 15:22

So pretty! I can't wear white because I am very messy and bound to get chocolate all down the front.

Moveslikejagger · 07/02/2012 17:56

I have this dress, I ordered the white and it's really lovely. Very pretty.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 07/02/2012 17:57

It's gorgeous, buy it in both!

lisaro · 07/02/2012 17:57

The blue is gorgeous but the white is pretty as well.

Ja9 · 07/02/2012 17:59

blue

snowmummy · 07/02/2012 19:19

I like the white too. It'd be lovely in the summer

neuroticmumof3 · 07/02/2012 19:46

I'd love the white but I'm very messy so it just wouldn't work for me. I'm coveting it in the blue but can't afford atm Sad.

lovely dress

suebfg · 10/02/2012 20:20

Update: I ordered the dress in blue and white, in small and medium.

The blue suited my colouring best so I'm keeping that one. I'm a size 10/12 and opted to keep the small - if that helps.
