Mulberry Antony, anyone?

Cheaper than Bayswater and Alexa, but will I love it as much? And brown or black?? Argh!!

I have one, I love it. I prefer messenger style bags so it suits me perfectly. The leather is gorgeous.

Mine is a couple of years old, it's goatskin apparently not sure how to describe the colour but it's not brown or black.

The brown is lovely, personally I'm not keen on black bags. I got mine half price in the sale so was a good price.

If you prefer the Bayswater or Alexa it may not be the bag for you, they are nothing alike really, the Antony is a much more understated style.

I am lusting after an Alexa but can't justify the cost anytime soon.

I've got an Antony in graphite grey, bought from the outlets. V useful every day bag, use it more than my Bayswater.

I'd go for the brown personally, lovely colour. The ladies on purseforum report that it does water mark (in the rain etc) quite badly though so deffo invest in protector.

I also remember reading somewhere that they make Antonys specially for the outlets without the front pocket and at a considerably reduced price so if you were happy with that it might be worth ringing the outlets as I think they will take orders over the phone.

I am currently lusting over an Effie tote or satchel and am ebaying like fury! May get an Antony though as might be more practical. Let us know what you think if you do get one.
