Hair help! Desperate!!

Hi ladies, new to style and beauty boards and looking for help! SInce having my dd 4 months ago, my hair is so dull, drap and lifeless!! It's currently just past shoulders (trying to grow it having trim this week) and is almost all blonde (I have foils every 5 weeks). Is there any shampoos/conditioners you ladies can recommend to give my hair some life, a nice shine etc?

I think I need a good hair routine. It's curlyfrizzy but I don't like to wear it like this at all, so usually wash every other day (3 if I'm not going anywhere), dry and straighten. By the 2nd day do, it's flat and horrible looking. I use a purple shampoo once a week to keep my blonde and inbetween days, I'm using tresemme 24 hr body. Almost done though so will be open to trying anything you suggest.

My diet isn't great right now which I know isn't helping. Would adding a vitamin supplement help do you think? I'm a bridesmaid in April for best friends wedding and really want to get my hair into good condition by then.

Thank you!!

try a hair mask or hot oil treatment

or put conditioner on and wrap in cling film and leave over night might make it a bit greasy so make sure you rinse well

i think there is a hair and nail supplement you can buy but i have never tried it and do not no anyone who has so i do not no if it works
