I bought a 6-month gift subscription to GlossyBox for my sister's birthday. I tried to pay by paypal but everything froze and I had to log off and back on again. So I did it again but paid by cc this time.
So I have now had 2 email confirmations - both payments worked!
I've emailed GB asking them to please cancel one of the payments, but have heard nothing - this was yesterday morning.
Has anyone dealt with GB cust services and do you think they're likely to help or am I stuck with 2 6 month subs?
