Hair Help!!!!

Ladies - I need your help!

I've got chin length wavy/curly hair which is layered with a shortish fringe. My hair is quite dry from the mid section downwards and is 'normal' at roots/top section. I'm struggling to find a shampoo and conditioner that will work - I've tried lots of different S&C's but although they work for a few weeks when my hair looks glossy and moisturised they tend to stop working after about a month.

At the moment I'm on the Philip Kingsley re-moisturiser S&C and have also got the elastisizer (sp?) - I'm finding that this is making my hair feel heavy and clogged and its pretty unmanageable, and it loses its curls using these products although they are meant for curly hair :(

I have used MoroccanOil and I find the same happens with this too!

I need something that will help my locks look and feel smooth/shiny without being weighed down and keep my curls. I know its a lot to ask but if anyone has any tips/recommendations for products I would be very grateful. Ta muchly.

Kerastase is the best - spensive though i'm afraid.
