My skin has gone hyper allergic since having dd 8 months ago. I have been recommended the Weleda Pomegranate (anti aging) night/day/eye cream. It is a but pricey about £60 if I buy all 3 products. Has anyone used these products and what is your verdict?

You probably don't need to buy all the products in the range.

If you're on a budget and you've got super sensitive skin you could try the oil cleansing method (lots of threads about it on Mumsnet if you search) or something like the Boots Organics cleansing balm. Then just a really simple non-irritating moisturiser. I like Dr Hauschka Rose Cream but it's quite £££. Lavera do a range called Basis Sensitiv for sensitive skin. Or you could get one of the Weleda creams. They're nice. I've used the rose cream before and I've got the Skin Food cream which is really really moisturising. I think it's meant for hands or dry elbows but I use it on my face when it's really dry. Face oils like Vitamin E oil are also a good option if your skins gone all allergic.

Basically you need to be using less, not more!

I would go to a local independent health food shop, most small towns have them if you know where to look, my local one lets me have samples of things before buying, but they also have testers out too.

I usually buy this it is great, I never react to it, simple but it does what I need it to do.

[http://www.barefoot-botanicals.com/ Barefoot botanicals is good]] and I really like Weleda skin food, but generally the vit E is my favourite.
