I prob would have worn jeans, but have put on too much weight and so don't really have any smart ones that fit! Or is it totally casual? Anyone have a clue?

Are you going to the Superbowl? My DH would be green with envy.

Hopstheduck · 30/01/2012 18:59

Yep - Don't have clue about American football though! I won the trip.

Totally casual - and anything warm.

Fantastic. Glam casual wear. I've never been but the superbowl but there are many parties associated with it.

Hopstheduck · 30/01/2012 19:26

So boots and skirt out of the question? I am going to VIP party before, but then normal seating.

Really wish hadn't put on 2 stone!

Wear whatever you are comfortable in, nothing too dressy. And make sure to have warm clothes for outside. I just looked at the forecast and it's going to hovering around 0 Celsius on Sunday in Indianapolis!

AndiMac · 30/01/2012 19:39

The game is outside, just in case that wasn't clear about the weather!

Giants top and jeans! Or a Patriots top if you're that way inclined.

But a Giants top really Wink

I know so little, I did actually google to find out which had the nicest shirts! I still not decided who to root for yet! Blush I do have vouchers for the shop, so I could buy a shirt!

That's the weird thing about comping, you end up doing all sorts of things you never would have dreamt of otherwise. Sunday I was egging on east grinstead in the hockey, and last month harlequins in the rugby. Never even watched either sport even on tv before! Love it all though Grin

I believe the stadium has a retractable roof so wasn't actually expecting it to be that cold Confused

Just asked dh who he supporting and he says patriots - he not usually a follower neither. We have been watching games though to get an idea of the rules, etc

They will close the roof if it's less than 5 degrees outside, but if it's fractionally warmer than that and not raining or snowing, it'll be open. Plus it's not going to be heated in anyway, even if it's closed - forget fashion, dress warmly!
