Dress me for lunch please

Hi,
I'm going for lunch with friends in a nice London restaurant and need an outfit. I'm a size 16 with big boobs. I tend to suit v necks and things that draw me in at the waist. I'm thinking a v neck dress or tunic with sleeves. Any ideas? I've googled to no avail. TIA

Ive just bought this from M&S here Im the same shape as you. I plan to wear it with black opaques and heels. I find the boat neck is quite flattering to my DDs and the tummy ruching hides a multitude...
