Another jeans question.

I have only just discovered s and b and am shocked - have been quite happily wearing boot cut jeans for the last 20 years thinking I was the height of fashion. Apparently things have changed!

So questions- would skinny jeans really look ok on a size 14 ( I have a fat waist but slim thighs) or do you have to be size 8 with long legs?

What is the difference between 'skinny kick flare' and 'bootcut'?

And best style Of jeans for apple shapes?

I find skinny/slim jeans fine for apple shape as long as you wear something loose on top to cover tummy. Also avoid very skintight, that would be more for size 8-10 folks, I try to get slim/skinny not superskinny.

I like to wear mine with long-ish line tops, this type of thing & cardi. They are great with ankle boots, long boots & ballet pumps IMO.

If you have small budget go to Dorothy Perkins, lots of people on S&B (including me) have recommnded their jeans, very generous sizes and not too low cut so less 'muffin-top'.

If you prefer more expensive/designer brands hopefully others will post with recommendations (I like to spend more on coat/boots & less on jeans Grin)

Think skinny kick flare would be tighter down to knee and more of flare, more of a 'trendy' look, IMO.
