Can you buy bras with different capsize on either side?

Can you get bras say a size. 38 , but then with a B cup on one side and a DD cup on other side?

(I might ring my breast nurse up and ask her too)

Not as far as I am aware, but some styles 'manage' the size differences better than others. Something with a stretch cup would be a good start point.
