Protein hair masks

Any recommendations? My hair is colour damaged and long ish ( had a cut recently) and crap. I'm looking for something other than high street ( Aussie miracles etc)
So far I've been told about redken.

Not everyone's hair likes protein. Are you sure you need it? You could just try a deep-conditioning treatment.

Argan oil. There is a great hair treatment I got from my hair dresser. You can leave it on as a conditioning treatment (loads of it) or just work in a few drops to wet hair before drying. It has made a massive difference to my hair
