Decent highlights - London area

Please help! I am growing out some horrible overbleached highlights and would like some decent ones, like e.g. Kirsty Young's.

Can anyone recommend a good highlight-ist (?) in the London area, please?

I know (and I go) to a little salon in Palmers Green (Snippers, Green Lanes) which is excellent and reasonable.

I'm always happy with Aveda, Covent Garden for highlights.

Antonella at Daniel Galvin, she is amazing.

Depends where you are I suppose. I go to Head South in SW11 and have been doing so for the past 17 years. Same chap, same brilliant highlights.

Brooks and Brooks in Sicilian Avenue is good. Daniel Galvin is great but expensive. I haven't tried Percy and Reed on Great Portland St, but have herd good things.

Near Liverpool St there is a fab stylist /colourist, Carrie, if that location suits let me know & I'll track down the name of her salon.

Jo Hansford has some excellent colourists but it is expensive - £200 for a full head and Jo herself is more than that.

Dharma - I'd love to know the name of the salon at Liverpool St.

Her name is Carrie, she works at Elliott Grant, 8 Devonshire Row... I have sadly moved from London now but have considered going back just to have my hair cut

My info on price etc would be out of date now, but it was about £100 for a cut & half head 4-5 years ago, which was expensive but not stupidly so.

I've had my hair cut by another stylist there and it was good, too.
