I have just bought the dermologica sheer tint- seems nice. I have quite olive skin that hasn't seen the sun for a long time but the dark was best for me.

I have sensitive skin so fake tan for face like st tropez really irritate me and I find the colour patchy.

Where from?

Clarins do a great one. Very light colour, and never blotchy or orange. Radiance plus, golden glow cream gel. Bit pricey, but lasts ages.

olay moisturiser with a touch of foundation is fantastic!!!!!

SleepyFergus · 29/01/2012 12:05

I use Olay Touch of Subshine and it's easy to build up a really nice colour without it looking ommpa lompa like. You don't have the usual worry about putting too much near your hairline or anything and it's pretty impossible to muck it up.

ggirl · 29/01/2012 12:06

this is the one I use
different one
haven't quite figured out the difference yet of those two

oohermrs · 29/01/2012 12:18

I second Clarins goes on and feels light and blends well. Also Xen-Tan is really great for giving a good colour without the fake orange look, also doesn't smell like some fake tans.

I third the Clarins one!

1gglePiggle · 29/01/2012 22:48

Ggirl - I think the total effects one is more anti-ageing so is targeted towards older ladies and the complete care is just a basic moisturiser so targeted for younger skin.

4th vote for Clarins - it's natural and doesn't look streaky

MillontheFloss · 30/01/2012 18:36

I used the Superdrug vit E one last year and it was great. Had factor 15 in too and was only a few quid. Was very natural and gradual.

Try Boots Once range for face it is a long lasting sunscreen with light self tan, you can get 2 for £11.99 just now special offer

Louise49 · 30/01/2012 23:39

ps the St Tropez one for face and Clarins are both lovely but they dont have sunscreen

dingdong3 · 31/01/2012 09:20

Just seen the Clarins one on Feel Unique for £21.50 delivered which seems like good value. I'm going to try it based on all the recommendations.

Clarins looks tempting... BUT is it all glittery? Can't be doing with glittery.

porcamiseria · 31/01/2012 14:55

This one is my current fave

www.lookfantastic.com/st-tropez-gradual-tan-everyday-face-medium/dark-50ml/10360048.html

Its only 12 quid too , used to use clarins but this is as good but cheaper

LukeWarmMomma · 31/01/2012 17:05

dukes No, it's not glittery at all Smile

DukesOfTripHazard · 31/01/2012 17:36

Excellent, going to ask for it for buffday.

thepureemporia · 03/02/2012 17:24
