Skin care/Make up routines - how do you do yours (mornings)

So I noticed lately I am starting to look old. I don't like that. So I'm making more effort and have bought 2 sets of facial cream today (night and day cream), toner and have new foundation, bronzing pearls and concealer for those ugly black circles.

Now, in what order do I do this?? I'm assuming toner, moisturiser, foundation, concealer and bronzer - this right? I always think my face is too sticky after the moisturiser to apply foundation.

(you can tell I was not brought up to be girly!)

I always clean my teeth between moisturising and applying foundation. It is the perfect amount of time for the moisturiser to have sunk in :). IME, if it's still sticky after that time then the formula is too rich for my skin.

I don't bother with toner - haven't done for years.

Concealer should possibly be under foundation - it depends what sort it is.

If I felt sticky after moisturising I would be changing my moisturiser. I can't bear it if it doesn't soak in.

Some people rate that new BB cream, which is all-in-one.

Clean face, then spritz/splash with toner (love the Liz Earle one just for the smell alone) but most people don't use any.

I use a Liz Earle moisturiser next which sinks into my skin straight away, no tack.

Next up is eye cream for me. I NEED it.

I don't bother with foundation for day. I just cover up my dark circles and spots with concealer.

Finish of with a pat of translucent powder all over face et voila, I look vaguely human Grin

Forgot to say, if I were to use a foundation I would put that on after the moisturiser, then do my concealer, powder etc.

Cleanse, Tone, Moisturise, Eye Cream, Primer, Foundation, Concealer, Bronzer, highlighter, blush, Mac Fix Plus.

Minus the Eye Routine.
