Tranquilidade · 26/01/2012 22:39

I love them. Santa bought me one and I bought a slightly different one with Xmas money. I wear them both together and they look great.

It's just this years trend now that charm bracelets are dying off. Don't spend too much money on them as they are just costume jewellery and have no intrinsic value. I've seen fabulous ones for £30 which are as good or nicer than ones at £60

ggirl · 27/01/2012 00:37

sorry it's a don't from me

KatyMac · 27/01/2012 07:21

Mine was £7.50 Confused Wink

alwayswashingup · 27/01/2012 07:52

I think they are really pretty. I bought some for My neices as a christmas present. You can buy them from ebay for about £7-12.

fazsaeed · 27/01/2012 10:19

I want one of those expensive ones lol. Seen as it's my bday present.

Go for it, if you like them. You can buy them from amazon ( those expensive ones) Smile

Looks like the love child of Monica Vinader's fiji bracelet and <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=lovelinks&um=1&hl=en&client=safari&sa=N&rls=en&biw=1786&bih=908&tbm=isch&tbnid=uI1ngeP1GdQkLM:&imgrefurl=www.kingshilljewellery.co.uk/love-links.html&docid=a_twFjP3gbKoqM&imgurl=www.kingshilljewellery.co.uk/media/catalog/category/lovelinks_1.jpg&w=600&h=320&ei=5ooiT9K7EsfU8QOlhsWuBw&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=422&vpy=189&dur=2009&hovh=164&hovw=308&tx=171&ty=90&sig=114495978327772719395&page=1&tbnh=79&tbnw=148&start=0&ndsp=51&ved=1t:429,r:2,s:0" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Lovelinks bracelets I have both but not keen on the two-in-one look.

villydilly · 27/01/2012 11:39

Monica vinaders stuff is nice, but that fiji bracelet is way to expensive for what it is. And chocolate for success, since when has that happened. The lovelinks one is pretty.

ujjayi · 27/01/2012 11:44

villydilly - I know, I know. The Monica Vinader one was given to me in a goodie bag at an event through DH's work.....I was pretty shocked when I looked it up on the internet the next day! I had heard of the designer but not actually seen any of her work.

I really like my love links and wear it pretty much every day.

mondaymorningfeeling · 27/01/2012 12:14

I thought shamballa bracelets were out of fashion now, still how would I knowSmile.
As for Monica vinader, most of her stuff is nice, but the fiji, rio, bracelets are seriously not worth that much, again your paying for the name. And I certainly wouldn't buy it for success, I may aswell have the real thing for 45p.

fazsaeed · 27/01/2012 12:21

Thanks, I will look that up!
And drop more hints lol

I own a couple of shamballa bracelets, and I think the fad is dying out. What is the world coming to, chocolate for success? anyway if you want a shamballa bracelet go for it, Amazon do some nice ones.

DonaAna · 28/01/2012 12:39

Don't.

chiplover · 28/01/2012 15:04

There a thing of the past, don't get them, it's just a boring fad, and imo they look tacky.
