Dark, dark brown mascara?

I need a dark chocolate mascara - ideally that plumps up the volume, rather than length.

Would love to find this, brown/black too light for my sooty lashes

Black too harsh for my old face

Thanks Jessica - not sure about the mascara - will have a look at reviews. But the eyeshadow base looks good!
