Changing hairdressers, anyone go to Hob?

I've been with the same hairdresser for 8 years, but she's leaving - makes more sense for me to find a salon closer to home than work now, and wondering whether to try the local hob? Anyone had experience of them?

My sister uses a London one and loves it (she has fairly delicate, fine hair). I've never been personally.
