If you could/ can afford just one Creme del a mere product..what would it be?

I wouldn't personally - it's overpriced and full of mineral oil and silicone

My husband bought me a box of creme de la mer the Christmas before last. I loved the eye cream and the day cream (though I actually used that as night cream because I found it a bit rich for day, but lovely for night). However, the product I really love is their facial exfoliator - it feels so soft and yet leaves skin glowing. It also lasts and lasts. I have long since used up the creams and as they are so hideously expensive I don't think I will be replacing them any time soon, but am still using the exfoliator.
