Could anyone help me find this top?

Hi, I saw a lady in a shop wearing the most gorgeous top I've seen in a long time. I was too shy to ask where she got it. I was hoping I'd find it myself but haven't been able too.
It's a white/cream blouse, gathered at the waste with pictures of rabbits, musical instruments and butterflies etc. It sounds strange but it was really lovely and unusual.

Hasanyone seen it or have anyidea where I might find it?
