Under eye baggage

Hi ladies! I'm pretty content with my skin, but there is one area that really gets me down- my under eye area. I just look so haggard all the time. I'm 35 years old and have no wrinkles, but my eyes just let my face down. I wouldn't consider surgery, as I am needle phobic, so what are the best products out there? I have heard good things about the garnier caffeine roller thing, but don't want another item of skincare just gathering dust in the cupboard. I am prepared to spend £££, if there really is something out there that does the trick. Any ideas ladies? I'm off shopping on Wednesday, so have a few days yet...

If you have one near, I've been using the Aldi caffeine roller thing and it's been great. Feels fab when you apply it too, as it's a metal roller
