Vibrapower ?

Anyone used one of these vibrating machines.? Do they work?

I had one,yes they work if you put effort into it.Sold mine as it just infuriated me after a while.Use weights/exercise programme instead.

I think 99 % of women on here use the 30day shred,I have just started using it and really can see it working

i tried that a bit back and did my back in lol x
