Dd is 10.5 and about 145cm tall. Can she wear Johnny B clothes and what size should I buy?

yes she can, but sorry not sure about the sizing - there are guides on the website. I got something for my tall nearly 9 year old from there before christmas in extra small. My 11 year old wears size small (although waists are too big for her as she isn't at all curvy yet so we stick to dresses), and my 13 year old (boy) is in mediuim. there's a 20% code at the moment - search on here for it - and it makes it more affordable!
