Is it just me or has S&B got really quite unpleasant over the past few weeks.

I love this section and happily post but I'd hate for people to be put off posting because of some really quite nasty comments.

Now I know I'm going to be told to bog off to nm but really - wouldn't it be nicer if it was a little less bitchy?

Had a good hard look at myself and name-changed to atone.

But still... surely as a people we must weed out the waterfall cardigans and the 'do you like these Clarks' if we are to survive! Do we not believe in evolution and the constant improvement of self?

I love S&B. I come on MN for a bit of light relief so inane banter about accessories is perfect for me. I just clicked on a link that entirely seriously compared about 20 different shades of nude polish, and really enjoyed the 2 minutes it took!
I have always been scared that Wise & Avid threads were a bit cliquey though. Sometimes I read for tips but wouldn't dare venture a comment - like butting in on a private chat .
