Hi,
Have just bought this dress for a wedding I am going to on Friday in Budapest.
I have no clue what colour shoes to wear with it. Also, i have horrid fat arms so want a cardi or wrap to wear with it too.
I was thinking silver, but am clueless. Please help. I would prefer flat or flatish shoes as am fairly tall 5ft9 and not used to heels.
Thanks

Of course you can Grin, I tell my dcs to stop being nasty to each other, doesn't mean I think my dcs are nasty.

Lovely, lovely dress. Really your arms probably aren't as bad as you think and, in any case, is not what people are going to be focussing on at a wedding. I say this from experience - I have large upper arms and have, in the past, spent too much time worrying about them as whenever I mention this to anyone they don't see it (and I have some v honest friends). Fake tan does help tho' - what about the tinted body lotion variety if full-on fake tan too much for you?

Please don't wear silver shoes with it!

But you've got to feel comfortable. I hate my legs, I think they are short, stumpy chunks of corned beef. I'm sure no-one else could care less and wouldn't look twice if I were to go bare legged but I would feel very self concious, therefore I always cover them up, I know I'll feel happier and enjoy myself more. That is my issue though, so if you can overcome your arm hatred go for it!

Did you have any success at the shops?

I think your dress is lovely.

I would go with a pashmina, because a cardi/shrug will look it a bit bulky over those ruffles on the dress.

Don't worry about your arms, I'm sure they aren't half as bad as you imagine. The dress is so lovely no one will be looking at your arms Smile

Have a lovely time.
