Just stopped the crap and have replaced with fruit which i hate.Virtually no carbs unless desperate and lots of water less wine.No snacky crispy things which i am addicted to,Have a little plate which i put my dinner on which is tragic.I still need to lose a few more though.No formal exercise just walk more No food at night which i love eg hot cross bun and holby city would be my idea of heaven
