Come join me!
Not so inspired but I do so hate being threadless.

carcifio - lovely photo despite not being able to see you at all!!

Dolcee - she's 22 months.

Bloss - I think zebra/leopard is a really good guide.

traceybath · 17/11/2010 14:08

Thanks ladies - will pop to waitrose tomorrow to stock up on total yoghurts.

Hells - DD sounds so sweet!

DS2 has his induction afternoon at pre-school next week - I'm very nervous although hopefully he should be ok. Need to then buy his uniform as they have to wear it even though he'll only be just 3 when he starts.

Dolcee - how did your DH's second viewing go?

blossoming · 17/11/2010 14:08

No, dolcee, turquoise is an autumn/spring colour, so the leopard question does work!
But then nothing in your previous post should work!

Such a lovely photo carciofi, but I'm not going to attempt a colour analysis! Great news re preschool, it must be really hard with your dh working such long hours.

Re the engagement ring. I think it's okay. Diana chose it for herself according to the Times, for £28K. Apparently worth tens of millions of pounds now!

roary, he does like it, a complete nerd over credit ratings! His colleagues are mostly fleece, short trousers, bad skin..
They're opening a branch of the business school in London, and dh was supposed to go to this glitzy opening somewhere really important, I forget where, in the City. He can't go (and I wasn't invited grrrrr), but the ones who are going, I despair. They really don't care though, and are proud of that fact!

Advent calendars don't take that much effort honestly. I just bung 24 different things in paper bags, tie cord and label with number. Tada... And I still rely on caffeine and sugar for that extra energy.

marsha Thanks for asking. Job is going fine although I'm constantly exhausted. A housekeeper sounds very tempting but I don't have any idea where I would find someone. Big piles of laundry in the basement and many takeaways this week Grin.

I'm definitely zebra but leopard too (in grey/blue tones only).

traceybath · 17/11/2010 14:09

You see I think I'm a grey leopard - so how does that work?

hellsbelles · 17/11/2010 14:17

Tracey - Waitrose do a delicious own brand fat free vanilla yoghurt which is worth a try.

roary · 17/11/2010 14:19

I think grey leopard is cheating. Grin

Seriously if grey because zebra too intense and leopard too brown then either spring or summer. Fritzi is a summer, right?

LetThemEatCake · 17/11/2010 14:20

Quick one and apols as have not read but am at softplay and may further punish self with primark sprint with all 3 dc... Anyone want a peacock if spotted? Will check back in at 3 so RSVP before that!!

40deniertights · 17/11/2010 14:24

The colours thing has me demented, and has done for years. I think I'm winter. Darkest brown hair, quite pale etc, but eyes are hazel-browny-green which seem to throw things off a bit. I can never decide on skin tone either - warm or cool.

Romanarama · 17/11/2010 14:28

Bloss will you look at my pic on profile? I think I'm a leopard/autumn. I have same colouring as baby ds3 in my arms (grubby mouse blond with greeny blue eyes. Sallow skin!).

Housekeepers keep house! change beds, do laundry and put away, sew on buttons and iron on nametapes, tidy playrooms, cook, run errands, sweep up the leaves from the drive - all the things you would do yourself really!

blossoming · 17/11/2010 14:30

Look here to work out which season you are after considering the zebra/leopard question.
traceyb, you can still be a grey leopard. They can be found, mostly in the West Country...!

blossoming · 17/11/2010 14:31

roma, can't open your profile, sorry!

OP posts:
hellsbelles · 17/11/2010 14:32

yes please LTEC!

Romanarama · 17/11/2010 14:35

Have a go now bloss

blossoming · 17/11/2010 14:37

roma, would you be a spring? like Gwyneth Paltrow?

OP posts:
MarshaBrady · 17/11/2010 14:39

Quite Roma! Must be that I don't spend much time keeping house!... why I don't know (although the cleaner does half of that stuff)

I do agree it is not indulgent at all and everyone should just get the help they want or need, and not feel guilty...

traceybath · 17/11/2010 14:39

LOL at Bloss Smile

Yeap I'm spring or summer - think I'll take the colours I like best from both Grin

blossoming · 17/11/2010 14:40

Great photo btw. Amazing arms. Very jealous!

OP posts:
hellsbelles · 17/11/2010 14:43

Yes - Roma is a lovely, elegant Gwyneth with her colouring. Wow.

Warehouse delivery - I'm thrilled with the scarf - thank you for all those who linked to it. It looks great quality in RL.

this top isn't quite working for me though. Thought it could but it does something weird to my shape (or my shape does something weird to it Grin)

MarshaBrady · 17/11/2010 14:45

Wow Great photo Roma!

And love that Hells

traceybath · 17/11/2010 14:46

Roma - you are just how I imagined and that is a big compliment.

Hells - right am going to order the scarf. Claudia was wearing that top on ITT last night.

hellsbelles · 17/11/2010 14:47

I bet she looked great didn't she? Why or why does it look so odd on me then?! urghhhh.

Romanarama · 17/11/2010 15:07

Thanks! You've made me feel shy. I deffo have Gwyneth's big nose Wink

Will have a look for spring things in my wardrobe later, and do a 'self test'.

roary · 17/11/2010 15:08

Roma can't see your pic!

40denier my colouring sounds like yours and I am an autumn, although think I can wear some winter colours. Think a brunette Molly Ringwald!

Romanarama · 17/11/2010 15:12

I put you on the 'mates' list roary, which I think makes it work.
